I really like this too. I've only done level 1 a couple times. I think this weekend (or maybe Fridady) I'm going to try them back to back. I also liked there wasn't so much up and down. Though I do like the strength in the others this kinda flowed more I thought.

For me - once a week I choose a day to eat around 2000 cals (my norm is 1570) Other then that I just stick with my plan.

I just did the 6W6P yesterday for the first time. And am currently doing 30DS level 2 just finished day 7 today. I'm going to do 6W6P M-F and have been doing 30DSMon-Fri + 1day over weekend. :)

I'm doing the 10k one (training for a specific race) on week 7 and lost 3lbs just from that - I am close to goal so it is coming off sooo slowww lol. Anyway. The intervals help with weight loss I think.

I eat like every 2 hours. 200-300 cals. It really helps. Love peanut butter and celery/carrots. I try to get a lot of protein.
