I can eat ALL the things when I’m ovulating. Every month for about 5 days I’m starving no matter what way I eat. Sometimes I’ll eat at maintenance calories a few days and it helps. Or just chain drink herbal tea to keep my mouth occupied.

Sometimes I make it with herbs and garlic, sometimes I mix it with stevia and vanilla instead of salt and spices and have a slice for dessert with butter or whipped cream and a few raspberries!

I was just wondering - since this is a cauliflower rice thread.... Mine always ends up sort of soggy. What am I doing wrong? I was using fresh riced from a bag. Do I need to do something to remove more moisture?

I know I get cravings to chew on stuff occasionally. I have a cup of mint tea. No crunching but it keeps my mouth occupied, tastes nice and doesn't have any calories.

I went out to eat tonight with the kids. Saved calories all day for it, logged my items in advance. Had the most amazing salad with nuts and chicken, half the dressing (asked for it on the side.) even had a beer. Skipped dessert, too full. Didn't go over my calorie goal. :) Happy. Had fun.

LOVE love love Almond Milk. Use it in all the things I used to use milk in, like cereal, oatmeal, smoothies. I find it gives me WAY more energy than cow's milk! I do buy unsweetened regular, but sometimes mix it up with chocolate (Chocolate raspberry vegan smoothies are awesome!)
