I'm not sure about less workouts but I can say I started this on 10/2 and weighed in at 163.5lbs and now on 10/8 I'm weighing 167.5. I am so upset right now with gaining 4 lbs. I am working out 5 days a week at 60 minutes each workout. The workouts I'm doing range from Zumba, Pilates, Piloxing and Kickboxing. I am keeping…
