Water aerobics is a great workout and there is no stress on your bones, joints or muscles. You will burn calories and the water will relax you :)

I keep an 8 oz cup in the bathroom.. so first thing in the morning after brushing my teeth I drink a full glass. Then if I'm home during the day I try to remember to down another glass every time I go into the bathroom to use it. If I'm out and about I always bring my water bottle with me.

a lot of times when people exercise they don't eat enough and their body just holds onto the weight because it is craving extra calories.. make sure that you are eating those exercise calories back and you'll be sure to shed the pounds soon.

Walking or riding a stationary bike are both exercises that are recommended while pregnant (at least from my doctor) if you alter your diet to make it include fruits, veggies, healthy proteins and cut out all the junk you will lose without really trying because your body is burning calories to make the baby. I would break it up into seperate exercises.. guessing the amount of time you took to deconstruct & put back together and count that as construction and then count the rest as heavy cleaning

You can do it! Awesome job biking that far the first day.. I don't know that I could have done that. Everytime you feel like you are going to quit just look at those beautiful babies and they will help you remember what you are doing this for.

My nine month old loves when I say "okay its exercise time" and she goes in the jumperoo and I exercise right beside her to dvd's or just dance on the wii... she loves just watching me dance around or do the exercises and i can interact with her in between moves so she doesn't feel left out. She jumps along like crazy…
