359.2 this morning.. thats a 6.2 weight loss from last week. AND I reached my first mini goal of losing 50 lbs so hubby is taking me out on a date this weekend! WOO HOO!

I had a pretty rough week last week, stresswise so I didn't do so well at the weigh in. Today seems to be more of the same stress! ugh.. BUT i went to the library and borrowed a hungry girl cookbook... 200 recipes under 200 calories.. I'm so exicted to make something from it :)

Hello there... my weight was 365 this morning so I know exactly how you feel about it feeling impossible.. but I started at 410 so little by little its coming down. Hang in there! If you want a friend you can add me, I'd be proud to have you as a support.

The snap fitness by us does not have classes its basically just gym equipment and there are two bathrooms that you can use as changing rooms but they don't have showers or anything like that. I am in Ohio so I'm not sure if they are the same everywhere or not but thats how ours is.

Thank you everyone. I really need to take my measurements and be able to compare in a couple of months. I did take a picture but not until jan 1st so we will see how different the pictures look when I take another in april :) I really appreciate all your support :)

I am excited by the the turnout of participants and I think it makes it more fun (although a lot more work for Krystal).. My issue is also being sore. I have a 5 month old daughter and know exactly what you are going through. Give yourself time the baby is only 6 weeks old... everything I have read says that it takes about 9 months for your body to return to its normal state.. so you were really lucky the first time. Current weight 363.4. Exercise plans are to do cardio 4-5 times a week. Including Walk it Out (Wii), Just Dance or Broadway Dance, Walk away the pounds & Wii sports.
