Where I live it's almost an hour to get to any fast food restaurants. Yes I drink lemon water from time to time and the only benefit from it I know of is it gets me to drink more water(plain water isn't appealing to me).

I've only truly binged once. I ate a whole container of ice cream by myself even though I kept telling myself to stop. I know I shouldn't make excuses for it but.......I was highly emotional.
