You can add me if you want :)

When I first started the scale went up and down for a while. Now it goes mostly down except at certain times.

I've had this question more times than I can remember. I always tell them the same thing, no particular diet, just cut back on eating and raised the exercise time(truthfully any exercise is an improvement from where I started haha). Some people get frustrated when I can't give them a magic formula for success but to be…

Whenever I feel like this, I look through my old pictures on my facebook profile and realize when I compare myself now to me in those old photos, I look good! Granted I have a long way to go yet but still, I've come so far from the old me.

I don't eat cold cereal but maybe once in a blue moon. I usually stick with hot cereal(except cream of wheat, I hate cream of wheat haha).

No

I never made one. I don't like thinking/talking about that part of life. Even when I was having some health concerns that could have ended my life, I would not talk about that stuff.

Probably not dressing up this year. I haven't really dressed up since I aged out of trick or treating. Where I live isn't really a high traffic area for trick or treaters either(small town) so anyway, I will probably watch my favorite show on Halloween night and that's about it so far, although I'm the kind of person to do…

Love this post, love anything pumpkin.

I know what you are going through, this is not my first attempt at losing weight, just the one that stuck. So that being said, if you would like my support, feel free to send a request. FYI: looking at my ticker it looks like I'm almost done losing but I still have a long way to go, just doing it in small steps to make it…

I have not gotten rid of my scale however I do not let the scale tell the whole story. I also watch how my clothes fit and watch as things that weren't tight and toned before start tightening up. The reason I still have my scale is because I'm very numbers oriented but I only weigh myself at certain times(I try for once a…

When I was a kid I was usually in the bottom end of a healthy weight for my height and age. Something happened in junior high and high school though, I gained a lot of weight but it wasn't really all that unhealthy but then after high school, especially in the last ten years I've been not as active, so the weight kinda…

I eat between 1200 and 1700 on average depending on how active I am for that particular day. I guess for calorie needs I am definitely below the average but I'm also not of "average" height. Just a shade under 5 feet. With the 1200-1700(again depending on physical activity)I'm usually able to lose weight, unless I eat a…

My dad is the type that encourages me to cheat on my diet as he calls it. I can't tell you how many times I've told him this is a lifestyle change not a "diet". Not in the way he defines that word anyway. Example: yesterday we went to visit my uncle, which involved 2 meals fast food. My dad seemed surprised when I actually…

I have now started telling people I'm 25 with a few years experience(I'll be 30 tomorrow)

I haven't really seen any shrinkage in that area. One could only hope. 38DD and I'm not even five feet tall. By the way...no joke on the 38DD(I've been asked before if I was lying about that). I hope some day I do see a little shrinkage, even if it's only down to a D(don't wanna get greedy haha).

195@4'11" I've lost almost 40 pounds since then and have a long way to go. By the way for those of you confused after looking at my ticker, that's my small goal, ultimate goal is between 75 and 85 pounds lost.

Mie was over time. Been fairly inactive for several years(kind of a long story). That paired with bad eating habits translated into lots of weight gain. There is a certain number that I thought my life was over, it took another 55 pounds for me to actually do something about it. I'm about 15 pounds shy of the number I…

My ex was similar although when I told him I was trying to lose weight(it wasn't for anyone but me) he told me he wanted me to put a halt on it, granted he didn't use those words but that's the gist of what he said. He said he wanted to have me the weight I currently was. That's not why he's my ex but it certainly helps…

No plans for the weekend(that I know of)but with me it's kind of hard to make plans because they always change.

Over 200 days in a row but I've been on here since November(around Thanksgiving although currently it says October but trust me it was around Nov) and don't plan on going anywhere any time soon, although my ticker shows I only have a few more pounds to go, I am going to reset it when I reach that goal. I want to lose a…

Last Christmas and Thanksgiving, although I was not on mfp at that point(I was using another program)I took the day off and figured I'd get back to it. Also I am not gonna worry so much about logging accurately on my birthday(coming up in 2 weeks).

My breakfast depends on how hungry I am and if I got up late or not. It ranges from yogurt to oatmeal or in some cases slim fast(I know, some would argue that's not really breakfast) and anything in between, really it depends also on what I'm hungry for.

Sorry, no I wouldn't, not into chicks :)
-
Nope sorry

I try to be as close to my calorie goal as possible, try no to be too far under it because my calorie goal is low anyway and I don't wanna do more harm than good by having too few calories(by the way my calorie goal is 1200).

Single, never married and I'm ok with that. Was in a relationship for a short time until he flaked out on me.

When I first started trying to get back to a healthy weight, I weighed daily(sometimes multiple times a day)but that drove me totally mad, I definitely had a love hate relationship with the scale then(ok mostly hate). It wasn't until someone brought up that maybe I was weighing too frequently because your weight does…

You can add me if you want. I log in daily :). Oh FYI: the goal reflected on my ticker is not my ultimate goal, just my small goal so I'll be around a while :).

Combination of 3 things. A size of jeans that used to require a belt to keep them up were actually too tight for me to wear, well when I first kinda started paying attention they weren't quite too tight but they were getting close, I guess I was in denial because I thought to myself "I can still fasten them so they must be…
