Not really anything specifically banned. I do have things I have to be careful with but I don't avoid them at all cost, just use good judgement and pace myself. My main downfall is anything with peanut butter.

At last weigh in, 159.6 and as far as size XL shirt and size 15/16 pants depending on the brand. Truthfully I'm probably smaller than that but not by much because my pants are all becoming what I refer to as "belt pants" because most of them I cannot wear out in public unless I have something to hold them up.

When I reach goal, I'm buying a new outfit :). By the way, the number you see is not my ultimate goal weight loss number. I want to lose between 75 and 85 pounds total.

Good job :)

207 for me.

I don't force myself to eat the entire thing if I'm no longer hungry. I put the remaining food in a container and save it for later, if there is a considerable about of food but if it's just a little bit leftover I just ditch it. I had school officials when I was a kid that forced me to eat when I wasn't hungry because…

I used to be that friend that could eat and still be really skinny..........not in recent years though, which is why I'm here. :)

It's been a long time since I've eaten ramen, mostly because I usually put the whole flavor packet in and I'm really trying to cut back on my sodium so until I figure out how to control myself with the flavor packet, no ramen except rarely. I think since December(ish) I've had ramen noodles maybe three times and that's…

For me it could either be a response to a compliment or I am trying to let them down easy.

You can do this!! I also have days where I question whether or not I can be successful in this but I have proved to myself and everyone else that doubted me that yes I can do this, I'm not doing it for anyone but me. Just try to think positive, when the doubt creeps in, drown it out with something like, I can and will…

Feel free to add me if you want. I still have about 50 pounds total I wanna lose although it's not reflected on my ticker. I was getting frustrated so I decided to do it in small steps.

Nice job :)

Feel free to add me, I try to be as motivational as I can.

Wow nice job!

I kinda don't remember how many. Probably 10 before my pants were loose enough I needed a belt, another 10 or so before I finally bought new smaller pants. So...about 20 pounds give or take.

Sent requests to both of you :)

When I need to bump up my calories, I eat peanut butter(sometimes pb cups, miniatures of course) or ice cream(never more than what they say a serving is, I actually do measure it believe it or not) or some 100 calorie snacks, or a handful of rice crackers(depending on how many I'm off by). Oh and sometimes I eat the ice…

I do not force myself to eat when I'm not that hungry but there is a really good reason. I won't bore you with details however if you really wanna know, send me a message!

When I reach final goal I'll lose somewhere between an Irish setter and a newborn calf. It all depends on how I feel when I get down there I guess.

So far, a cinder block, but I'm still working on it!

Yeah it's funny, I have also had people ask me how I've done it. I just say I've cut back on junk, eat more real food(things not considered junk) and move more when I can. But I mainly focus on my food(I have a medical condition that forces me to be light on the exercise). That's not to say I don't push myself, I do, but I…

I log daily. I have for 180+ days so far.
-
Yeah when I need to bump up my calories I either eat ice cream or peanut butter cups(or in some cases both!)
-
Like Jerry said, you've already made a good start by deciding to come here :). Just do it a little bit at a time.
-
Good luck, you can add me if you want :)

me too

I know how it feels to lose weight then gain it all back then lose again, I lost several pounds from May to November last year and gained everything back over the holiday season, too much yummy food. Anyway, after Christmas I told myself I needed to get back on track so I've lost all the weight I gained back and then some!

Good job, I still have problems not tasting the batter when I bake but that is mainly because my baked goods usually go to other people now and I want to make sure they are getting quality. As far as commercially done baked goods, I won't eat them, not all that often anyway, usually just smell them and walk away.
