Bad week for me. Up 2 But oddly enough my clothes fit better, could be I'm getting stronger?

I just came to write the SAME thing!! OMG, frustrating! I feel like I'm doing so well - hitting my workouts, sticking to my meal plan.... but I'm currently up two pounds. I know, I know - it can be some extra water weight or that the scale will bounce back in a few more days. But man it's discouraging.

I go to a Zumba class on Sundays, urban hike Monday & Thursday (3 miles), body weight exercises on Tues & Wednesday and then usually do something fun with the family on Saturdays. This past Saturday we hiked along the river, I think we ended up going 6 miles. Fridays are my rest days.

YAY! Usually I have trouble focusing on more than one thing at a time. Either my diet is on track or I workout. This week I did both! Now to hold on for consistency.

Since I'm doing paleo I get a lot of protein which I've found really helps. I switch over to a little more red meat and that is very satisfying. I also keep a dark chocolate bar in the freezer. I only break off a bite at a time to help with my sweets cravings.

Done! Very cool, thanks!

What foods are you focusing on, a specific meal plan? I'm focusing on going straight Paleo. Right now I'm at 80/20 almost to 90/10. I'm 35 and currently 183. Want to add me?

Ab Challenge complete for the day and i threw in some other body weight exercises too. Eating on plan.

She is on synthriod meds daily. She was already a tiny thing so I haven't seen any weight change with her. But since I'm doing it with her I've lost 10 pounds this past month. The meds and diet have really helped her energy levels and overall outlook on life. She previously had body aches, upset stomach, constipation,…

I did a modified SlimFast plan. Ate eggs for breakfast, SlimFast and an apple for lunch, a bag of Doritos for a snack (not the greatest!) and a regular protein/carb/veggie dinner. I also did a Zumba class and lifted weights with a trainer.

This morning I completed day 8 of my 30 Day Ab Challenge - I really love this group because it's around this point that I lose focus.

I'm Liz from MN. I'm focusing on Paleo, Zumba and some body weight exercises (30 Day Ab Challenge). Several years ago I was successful going from 184 to 138 in 4 months. Now a couple of kids later I'm back at it. Looking forward to having a great group support.

My daughter has Hashimoto's and we've had huge success with her going gluten free. To support her has a family I cook following the Paleo lifestyle. Good luck!

I had great success about 10 years ago. I'd eat an egg sandwich for breakfast, SlimFast and an apple for lunch, a bag of Doritos for an afternoon snack (probably not the best choice) and a regular dinner - protein, carb & veggie. I also did weight lifting 2x a week, a Zumba class 1x and then walks/hikes when I could fit…

I have an app on my phone that tells me if something is paleo or not. It's called Paleo Central, sooo nice when I'm not sure! I just type the name of the food and it gives green for good and red for don't eat it. It also has lists and lists of paleo approved foods. I'm totally in love with it :)

I'm averaging $200 every two weeks for a family of four (35, 35, 10, 7). However my husband is away at boot camp training every weekend so that really cuts down on meals. I'll estimate it's really in the $250 every two weeks. I buy a lot on sale and freeze plus we do a lot of frozen veggies.

Tessemae's Zesty Ranch is paleo friendly and very delicious. I'm a ranch addict. It can be found in the veggie section of most grocery stores (I found it at Whole Foods).

I am surprised and disappointed. I opened a Green Machine this morning while catching up on reading the news only to see this... :( I'm a recent convert to the whole foods / clean eating thing so I'm not totally surprised that a company has tried to skate under the radar. Now it makes me extremely wary of other products,…

I lost 44 pounds several years ago, since two pregnancies I have been a repeat starter so many times I cannot count. We I lost that weight years ago I had also been a serial starter. I dunno - something just clicked and I kept going. I feel that now too.

I had an awesome experience about 15 years ago (yikes!). What made it so great was I only met with her once a week for an hour. We'd do a circuit, she'd correct my positions, etc and then leave me with a plan to do for the week we were apart. I kept up with my work outs for the week because I didn't want to tell her I…

My daughter has Hashimotos (extreme hypothyroidism) and we have discovered through help with her DR that going gluten free helps a lot. We are into month three of the change and I now see changes in her. She's happier, has more energy and her whole mood has changed for the better. I still don't have the homemade bakery…
