I would give it some time. Your body might be adjusting to the deeper poses. When I feel like I am going to pass out, I just rest during certain poses, and I try and stay hydrated. I feel weaker when I don't drink as much water beforehand. Maybe you can continue going but skip some postures. You should also talk to your doctor as this can be an inner ear issue, instead of just avoiding inversions…

That's my problem too.. I've been going to a lot of family events lately and then regret how much I ate. It's not that serious. Just go for the coffee and see if you'd think she'd be too young for you.
