Well I am 37 years old. I weigh 151 right now. I am 5"7 3/4 so I usually say I am 5"8 although I guess 5"7 might be more accurate. My goal weight is 135. When I got married in 2004 I weighed 130 and would like to be close to that weight. I would take 140 and really toned. I have one daughter who just turned 3 in April.…

I was going to start this one but injured my knee. Can't do the jumping jacks! I bought it a while back and used it a few times. It kicked my butt. You gals or guys think it will still be effective if I modify it? Any tips on doing those modifications?
