Sometimes I have whole grain pancakes mixed with protein powder and cinnamon. Sometimes I add fresh fruit and ill have a little honey instead of syrup

Hi I'm 22. I'm 172lbs and I'm looking to lose about 30-40 pounds. I may have to lose less than that my main issue is that I'm pair shaped so I just happen to have a 26 inch waist with 42 inch hips and 26 inch thighs. Feel free to add me my only friend on here is my mom lol
