I would just say, if you aren't on it, then stay away from it. It doesn't sound like you are a diet coke or coke zero addict so I wouldn't start if i were you. I am committing this week to cut back on it and drink more water. Add lemons or limes to your water for a change. Try perrier w/ime.....

Ok, this is lame, but I only have 5 lb weights, and there is no way I could have managed through the workout today (first day) w/5lbs, so I just used soup cans? Next time I go to the store I'm going to get 3 lbs, but for now, its soup cans for me!
