I started Focus T25, at the end of my second week i was down over 3 inches! I dont follow the diet plan they provided either, this program really works, the best part of it is that it's only 25 minutes, 25 minutes of Shaun T :happy:

I don't use much for dressing, cottage cheese is really good with salad AND it's protein :)
