I too, have 1 bad diet day every week and have lost weight....It's a easy way to not feel guilty, so if I want something I shouldn't have I wait until Saturday...Most of the time by Saturday I have already forgot about it....However, that is my day to eat whatever.....

Totally agree! The best way I think is to eat 6 small meals a day and to include protein with each meal and to forget sugar even existed.
