I did not post this to see everyone fighting about what is right and what is wrong. I simply asked the question about cleanses because I know little about them and wanted to know more.. Isn't this a forum where we are supposed to support one another? Sorry I asked anyone's opinion. Not worth the hassle!

Turkey chili is always good and is very filling. I also eat tuna fish or a greek yogurt and some rotisserie chicken for lunch.

I also work in education and there are bake sales literally every day! I was eating so much crap and was feeling really bad about. One day I decided I just needed to stop buying the baked goods. I have been trying to stay at 1200 calories for about 10 months now. If you go over by 100 calories or so it's not a big deal! I use that 1200 calories as a gauge to not over eat like I once did. It sort of keeps my eating "in check!" I lost 7 pounds fairly easily and have been able to maintain my weight for many months.
