When I first started, I lost 5 lbs a week for the first three weeks, but then it slowed to 1 or 2 lbs per week. It really depends on your starting weight.

I'm not sure what the right answer is and I won't pretend to know. I normally eat a light breakfast so that I can have a bigger lunch and dinner. It's what works for me, personally, as the afternoon and evening is when I tend to struggle with temptations to overeat, and feeling full is important.

Hmm, for me, it has a lot to do with who is around. When I'm around my best friend all I want to do is eat... lol. That is usually in the evening or late at night when we're watching movies or something.

You people are funny.:P But, seriously... What about non-hydrogenated margarine? They recommend that heart attack patients eat NO butter and no hard margarine, only soft, non-hydrogenated margarine which is free of trans fat.

I use 45-90 calories per day on coffee. It's so helpful to me, keeping me feeling full, that it is more than worth it. I don't often drink anything but water and one or two coffees a day.

I normally stop myself by brushing my teeth. I won't feel like doing it again so I just look at it that way.

Well, considering I drink once a month or less... I don't need to cut it out. Whenever I do drink, I will either make room for a glass or two, or I just make it a cheat day and have pizza and wine. I normally don't have more than 2 or 3 glasses per month. No big deal for me.

^ I do the exact same thing. Or if I can't find a whole one, I'll take little pieces that are the proper size to add up to one whole. Every morsel is precious! Lol.

Christmas Eve we have my brother and his wife and kids over for dinner, and then Christmas Day we all head over to Dad's to spend the afternoon and have dinner there. Fave day of the year. :)
