If I have more than one cup of coffee per day, I feel dizzy and nauseated for the entire evening/night. :( So... I really enjoy that one cup I can have!

(Black) Coffee may be low in calories, but it dehydrates you, so no. Water is water. Coffee is coffee. :)

It might be that for some people, but I have been active my whole life and have always had a weight problem. Emotional/binge eating ftl.

I find that the less junk food I eat, the more I think about and crave it. On the other hand, if I'm eating it all the time, I feel like crap and I hate it and don't even enjoy it. As long as it's just a rare treat, just get rid of that craving. Eat it. lol

That is extremely impressive, Jeff. Always inspired by your discipline. :P A year from now... wow, just thinking of it... a year from now I'm sure I'll have reached my ultimate goal. I just want to look and feel healthy, and be able to wear cute dresses without feeling like an ogre in them.

Ya know, when I was at my heaviest I felt like people were glaring at me and so what I did to fix that was.... just not look at them. Smile and just do your thing and don't focus on other people. :) It has worked for me.

I used to refuse to even use public toilets. I just wouldn't drink anything before going out, esp. not coffee! Now I still won't touch the door handles, toilet handle or seat, or faucet without some sort of paper towel or something. But I will use if need be. I should add that I carefully inspect the environment before…

I only count water as water... juice or anything else is added into food log.

Love. Affection. Make her feel wanted and important. But this should be done on every other day, not just valentine's day. Obviously, a thoughtful card, flowers, maybe write a poem or a song if you can. Anything that just shows you love her.

Nothing wrong with natural peanut butter. I have it nearly every day, too. Just watch out for the hydrogenated oil added into the "regular" kind. Nothing healthy about that.
