In the Doctor's office, I weight myself with shoes on. I am usually in and out. I don't know, they also have a digital scale. We will see when I see him in 2 weeks I guess. Thanks!

My goal is actually 1200-1500. I am eating where I am full enough. I don't get hungry during the day. I just hate the feeling of being overly full. I will definately see about increasing though. Thanks for your input sweetie! =)

Maybe, I am doing this wrong. I have a Special K protein shake in the morning at 8:00am. It sustains me until about 10 where I eat and orange and water. At 12:00pm I have been eating chicken breast and 2 slices of whole wheat bread. At 2:00 or so I have another orange and then for dinner (tonight) I had 1/2 cup of mac and…

This gives me hope. I have struggled with PCOS for over 4 years. No baby ywt. Miscarriage in April of 2012. Weigh 209 pounds right now. Yikes! I'm ready to LOSE!!
