I would get 1 -2 more exercises for your shoulders in their somewhere ( assuming your healthy enough to do so... I know more than a few people have injuries that prevent them from doing most shoulder exercises).

Anything that goes good with Ranch, BBQ, or Honey Mustard. Most the time Pizza sets me off.

Yeah, I used to filler up on cream and sweet n low. Usually put way too much cream in but mainly so I could cool it down and drink it faster... When I started nit picking at my diet I went to black, and would just add some cold water or ice to satisfy my need to be able to chug it lol
