I do refill it twice depending on the size of the water bottle I use. If I use just lemons I can have it all day. Other fruit seems to lose its flavor. I have done lemons and limes, strawberries and blueberries. Its a good way to enjoy water.

OK... Seriously people losing weight it not just eating less or exercising. Its both. It takes 3,500 calories to make a pound. So to lose a pound a week you have to be -500 calories a day less than maintenance .. or you normal caloric intake. 500x7=3500 It is simple math. That is all. If you burn the calories running or…

I am making myself an Elsa (from Frozen) custom. I go over the top with customs. I think that feeling confident is a main motivator! Its hard to keep track of the calories because one finger food here a mini candy bar there really adds up through the evening!

My problem is I always end up with a a few parties, one of which is my annual Fall Bash, and there is so much food! It is hard to turn down finger foods. Who doesn't love pumpkin flavored things!

I take my water bottle.. its like 32 oz. at fill it at night with some cut up lemons and strawberries. Its is so good. It does take some getting used to, but its a good habit to get into.
