Hey I am getting into running and need some running buddies. I am at a 5k in about 32 minutes, most I have ran is 5 miles street run. About 10 minute miles . I want someone to do runs with.

I need HELP!
How do I get back to normally eating from being sick for a week. I could eat, so I survived on water, gatorade, and dry toast. NOW for the last two days I am starving. I don't want to ruin my diet by binge eating, It took me almost 3 years to retrain myself out of binge eating! Any suggestions... please

Wanting to find a good group of people that are from my area! I am on here a good amount. Here is a little about myself, I am in year 2 of my healthy journey. I stay at home with two kids, I love to cook and share recipes. I am also a gym fanatic, lifting is my favorite! Trying my hand in marathon running. =]

I gain weight more in the Fall than Christmas.. Give me pumpkin cheesecake, coffee, bread, ... Apple cider... apple pie.. What are some of your food you can not resist?

Coming to terms
I have come to terms that I will never like my body or feel pretty enough. Anyone else have a goal outside of weight loss that goes with loving ones body? I am working on it but it is hard.

Monday August 4th Check in =]
Heyo! How as everyones weekend? I find it so hard to manage what I eat over the weekends. I want to try and be more diligent with checking in my foods. Some days I am scared to know how much I actually ate. School is starting so I hope that frees on some more free time for me.

Anyone else not super excited about this? Short term goal to feel better about myself and put on a good custom this year! Also to keep up with my kids trick or treating!
