Count me in!! I have 3 pounds to go... but not sure if that will be my real goal weight... I started out wanting to lose 5 pounds... then the new goal was 10... now Im wanting to lose 15.. (that will be the lowest Ive been in many years!) I dont have any friends yet!

No.. nor do I count strolling to the park with my kids, walking around the lake throwing rocks in the water, washing the car, painting my spare bedroom, cooking, doing laundry, dancing at a wedding..... I agree with the previous poster who said that is life, not exercise.

Oohh Im so with you... I hear about people having "cheat days" so with a lunch at work and a Christmas party last night... I ate some rich food that I hadnt had in a long time. Honestly, I did not go overboard... only ate small portions.. but I was soooo sick! Made me happy to get back to my healthy food today. My cheats…

Oh its awful!!! I have been struggling with this for a year. I have had cortisone shots, been in one of those big "boots" for 6 weeks, wear a brace at night to keep my foot flexed, ice it nightly, 2 rounds of PT and no running or high impact. I stretch my calves 3 times a day and that seems to be the key. I do a lot of…

Its not perfect but for body pump I use circuit training and for body combat I use kickboxing........Id love to hear other ideas....

Not easy..... We are getting pizza today... but I brought my salad and will stick to it. It helps me to look up how many calories are in the treat I want... then I realize it isnt worth it!
