I havent tried Bolthouse... but Im in LOVE with Opa by Litehouse... 50 calories average for 2 TB.. feta dill, ranch, jalapeno ranch and my new favorite... Blue cheese.. I swear I lick my salad bowl.

I second the Skinnytaste recommendation.... cook from it several times a week... whole family enjoys it! Made cream of asparagus soup last night...Mmmmm Having leftover Chicken Black Bean Picante soup for lunch!

Does it have to be healthy?? A treat is a treat after all esp when kids are involved... rice krispie treats... microwave smores.... What about some no cook Peanut butter bon bons... ? I know Ive seen many variations... it involves butter, pb, powdered sugar etc...

Oh I feel your pain.... Im officially out of denial and back on track after gaining 8 pounds on "maintenance". I still exercised... sorta watched what I ate... but.... injuries made my workouts less strenuous than I would like perimenopause sucks ate WAY out of control when I wasnt logging "sigh" We can do this...

Pull ups.. even if they are assisted... They will help with getting over the walls, out of the mud pits and up the rope climb rows... These will help with rope pulls. etc Good luck! I had a blast

Having done a spartan.. I think it is a very bad idea... not only do you have to worry about it getting wet.. you are climbing over walls, up mud hills... grasping at anything and everything to get out of muddy pond...I was bruised and battered (but I loved every second of it!!) I just dont think you would want something…
