I am really having a hard time getting back on track with working out! Does anyone have an suggestions? I hardly worked out over the weekend and last night I had cheerleading practice until 7:30...by the time i get home I just want to do NOTHING! Please help!?

I do the 30 day shred with Julaine Michaels from the biggest loser and I really like it. There are 3 levels and you do 10 days at each. I just started level 2 last week and it kicked my butt... great 20 minute workout :) Let me know what you think of your dvds!

Make sure you have enough salsa that the chicken is completely covered ( i use a whole jar!)... sometimes mine gets dark around the edge of the liquid but it still works out okay. Hope this helps!

I love the chicken breat covered with salsa in the crockpot! It makes great Chicken Burritos! I love crockpot reciepes.

Yes, I finally got my tracker to work.. I had it set up wrong :( Anyway, I have tracked all my food for today as well and have 600 calories left! YAHOO!!!!!

My work is doing a Biggest Loser challenge and we do weigh in wednesdays! IT is definatly a great motivator to stay on task...

I would love to join! I am in my 4th year teaching and would love to have the support of other teachers! This is my first week on myfitnesspal and am struggling with the after school/ evening cravings!!! I feel that now that Im counting my calories and such im much hungrier than I thought I would be. Any suggestions?
