  • Congratulations. Sometimes I can't stop the urge to go ahead and eat the darn thing. My hardest time is at night right before bed. I just need to stay out of the kitchen. Hopefully I will get there soon. Again, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!

  • I was told by a fitness instructor that when you hit a plateau, it's your bodies way of catching up to all the weight that you have lost.   • Have you had your thyroid check. I know with me having hypothyroidism it takes longer to lose weight. Talk to your doctor about it. Also, I have heard that if you are diabetic and are on insulin, that can slow down weight loss.
  • You actually lose weight from the last place you gained it. Then it goes in that order. Wherever you gained last is where you will lose first.

  • I started back this year trying to really lose weight. My weight went above the 213 that I had originally posted. When I started back I weighed 218 and so far I have lost 9 pounds of that. I am trying to get to at least 160. I was happy when I was that weight. If I lose more that will be great also.
