Count me in. 20lbs is really a good goal for christmas. :happy: This will help me stay focused!! Starting weight =193 current weight:= Goal weight =171 watch diet and exersize 3 times a week. Started almost a week ago with the site. Will post current weight tomorrow after weight in.
