In reference to the posts on page 2. You are postpartum and only eating 750 calories? Are you breastfeeding? If you are, is the appetite suppressant safe during breastfeeding? You need more calories if you are breastfeeding and some medications can be passed onto the baby via breast milk.

remember that humans also absorb fluids for the things we eat veggies, soups, and so on. I like the Leslie Sansone "walks" for when the weather is bad. After a few times I get to know the routine and I mute Leslie's chatter and put on my own music instead. I'm not a treadmill fan I find it boring. I got a good deal on several workout dvds from half priced books.

A stone is equal to 14 pounds. If it helps I've noticed the MFP tends to round up for the tracker thingy and little weight loss progress box in the my home tab. so if you've lost say 1.7 pounds it will round it up to 2 pounds on the tracker but it will show it as 1.7 in the news feed and shows your accurate weight on the…
