  • I've never taken it and probably never will. I'm already a slightly anxious person anyway so I imagine it would make me climbing the walls anxious. I also wanted to say the the name reminds of the adipose Doctor Who episode. so all I can think of is super cute little aliens. The Fat Just Walks Away
  • Can you eat popcorn? you could always pop some and put it into a paper bag in case there is no microwave.
  • Diverticulitis is the infection. Diverticulosis is the condition. Many people who have diverticulosis never get diverticulitis. Once the pockets are there they will always be there. My gastroenterologist has never once mentioned a salt water flush. I'd assume he'd be against it because it sounds like it could cause…
  • I listen to Zombies Run on my ipod touch. I like the story and it doesn't require actual running. It mixes in songs that I have on the ipod. They also have another one called The Walk. I've not tried that one yet. Try music, different apps, or even get audio books.
  • the recommended daily amount of fiber for a woman is 25 grams.
  • I rarely go to the movie theater so when i do I indulge on the popcorn there. usually I just make popcorn at home. I only have it once a week though. I pop it in a bit of coconut oil, I drizzle a tiny amount of melted butter on it after it is popped, and then I like using those popcorn seasonings.
  • I like her videos. Because I sometimes find her to be overly chatty or the music in the video annoying I will mute the video sound and listen to Zombies, Run! on my ipod instead.
  • usually there is a triple layer chocolate cake recipe in the same issue!
  • The peanut butter serving is tragic when weighed.
  • I got the book from the library. After reading the first little bit I decided it would never be for me and didn't seem like something I could build lifelong habits from. I returned the book to the library.
  • I use splenda and either half and half or creamer of some sort. I limit myself to 2 mugs of coffee a day maybe 3 on a rare day. I measure all my extras out and account for them. Sometimes I treat myself to my favorite espresso based drink.
  • Myself and being consistent. Logically I know what I need to be doing. I struggle with doing it long term. I start out great, see some results and then I sort of let things slide a bit.
  • ready made clothing doesn't have a sizing standard at least not in the US. I sew a lot of my own clothing. Patterns use an old standard of sizing that hasn't changed one bit over the decades. Most pattern companies don't start at size 0. I still have to remind myself to ignore the sizing on the pattern and instead focus on…

  • if you know the size and brand/style then look on ebay. Plenty of sellers selling new with tag bras in a wide range of sizes. you just had to have an idea of what size you need.
  • Everyone is different. One person might need to have 2 or 3 bowels movements a day to feel normal. Another might need to only go 3 times a week. If you are concerned talk to your doctor or get a referral to a Gastroenterologist. You can always try adding a prunes or Metamucil to your diet along with healthy fats to help…
  • The gallbladder can cause pain around the ribs on the right side. rapid weight loss is a factor for gallstones. You should go see a doctor and get accurate medical advice. After all I've only watched medical tv dramas and discovery health network.
  • Just keep working towards your goals. I have the same problem with the bust being the last area to lose inches. I know and accept now that at some point I will be very out of proportion but it will eventually balance out a bit better once I get towards my final goal. I've always been big busted.
  • I've never really understood the fat acceptance thing. To me if you love yourself then you want to keep yourself in good health. Obesity is not good for ones health because eventually it catches up to everyone in some form or another. even losing just 10% can make a big difference towards someone's overall health. If this…
  • No offense taken because fox news really is hilarious and filled with wtf did I just watch. in the US there is Fox News, which is a cable news channel known by many as Faux News, and then we have Fox affiliates which air Fox tv programing, which is TV shows like The Simpsons, Bones, 24, The Following, in various regions.…
  • calories do not exist on my birthday. It only happens once a year so I enjoy it guilt free.
  • I think she looks fine. There is too much pressure placed on both men and women to fit into some sort of standard of beauty or good looks. often these days it's a standard not even based in reality.

  • Eggs used to be thought of as a "bad" food but newer research says they are not bad after all. I like hard boil eggs. I have one with sauteed mixed veggies and some feta cheese. right now I am really into fresh strawberries. breakfast tomorrow will be a homemade shortcake (biscuit) with sliced strawberries and a splash of…
  • Keep in mind the 8 glasses "they" tell you to get is a generic guideline of sorts. You may need less, you may need more. We also get water/fluids from the foods we eat and other beverages. So don't get overly stressed about it.
  • potato flakes are only good for bread baking. nothing better homemade bread with butter
  • Roses like it as well. You can either mix the epsom salt into the soil around the roses or mix it with water and then water the roses at their base
  • I admit I had to google the surgery. sounds very intense and the stats in some studies show it to be more likely to cause nutritional deficiencies than other forms of WLS. if you aren't getting the nutritional help you need then ask for a referral to a Registered Dietitian (known as an RD or RDN). Don't be afraid to get…
  • I have a short neck and I am prone having a double chin. I like the general shape of my face though. I think the thing is is to realize that those flaws we see are probably not near as bad as we think they are. Try not to let comment from your family get to you. I think your face looks lovely.
