I love my Zombies Run apps. When my feet aren't acting up I will do the C25K or just listen to the story line if I am walking.

I try to log daily, on the weekends it tends to get a little messy but I am trying to work on that. Feel free to add me.

I drink a lot of Mio and lemon in my water...I hate plan water...I am trying to drink more plain water but I use the mio a lot.
