Have you tried "shocking" your system? Sometimes all it takes is a day of more calories or a change in work out. Our bodies get used to what we are doing and they get into a rut.

Hi! I'm new here too! My son was born just over 3 months ago and I BF for the first 2 months and almost lost all of the "baby weight" but when I quit BF The weight began to come back. I'm hoping that with mfp I can kick my butt back in gear and take care of me and reach the goals I had in place before pregnancy too.
