That silly B**** Little Debbie gets me all the time. We can't seem to break up for good.

100% by the book M-F, and never eat back my calories. Eat what I want for at least one meal Sat and Sun. The relaxation kept me motivated to lose the first 60. Now my weight loss is coming off a little slower, think I might move that to 1 meal a week.

This is my second go at MFP. First round I got down 38 lbs and had lots of friends. I stopped and gained it all back. This time around I'm at 63 lbs lost and have zero friends. The difference to me is I was logging for the friends and not myself the first time. I wouldn't be as honest because I was afraid of the backlash.…

nice work. Even just shy of 60 lbs I still don't get many comments about my weight except from family.

I'm dealing with the same thing and I know its just my wife is jealous of the change. When we got married 5 years ago I was 255 and she was 135. Last October we decided to work on our weight. My starting weight was 280 and hers was 215. Today I'm 226 and she is 210. The fact that we started our marriage over 100 lbs apart…

MFP works its us who don't always do. I originally started in Oct 2012 and lost 35 lbs by January 2013. For whatever reason I stopped and gained all the weight back, then in Oct 2014 decided it was time to get back on it when I couldn't ride carnival rides with my daughter. As of today I'm 1 lb shy of 50lbs.

I did my research, did the counseling, got approved by my insurance and scheduled the surgery. I went to see my primary doctor for his advice before surgery, when I went to his office he had to leave so I saw his associate. His associate was overweight and told me this. "It's hard to tell my patients to lose weight when…

The excitement of my 3 year old to be a dare devil. I want to be there with her and be able to fit into roller coasters, go to water parks and run and play. Being a parent on the sidelines is my biggest fear. My parents are in their mid sixties and still water ski. I want that!

That's been an issue for me. I see clothes in my closet and I think "They don't fit" and then a few weeks ago I broke down and tried them on and most were a little too big now. Amazing, but even knowing this my mind still thinks they're too small every time I see them.

I've decided to go to once a week weighing. i've been at this for 4 months and lost over 40 lbs, but weighed in today 8 lbs heavier than I did 3 days ago. While I went over on sat and sunday no way I went 8 lbs worth of calories over.

Good job man!! Nothing worng with what he is doing and the results are typical for someone his size. I started out at 279 and down to 252 in one month. Hard work and a good diet can pay off.
