Fruit smoothies! 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/2 serving of frozen strawberries, 1c of milk (I like vanilla soy milk) and a 1/2-1 scoop of your choice of protein powder ( I use 1/2 scoop vanilla muscle milk powder).
