You don't have to worry about the sugars in your fuits and veg. However you should be eating more veg than fruits. This part is super hard for me because I love fruit way more than veggies. Lol. Put your leafy greens in a bag (lettuce,spinach,cilantro,ect...) blow air in the bag and tie closed. The carbon dioxide keeps them from wilting for a to longer.

I got my husband on the heathy foods by telling him I needed his help to keep me motivated and if he did it with me it would really help to keep me on track . My hero... lol but it works. He now thinks it was his idea and is very happy about it. Hope this helps:smile:

Hi, I am a mom of 2 with about 50 pounds to lose. I am currently 182 and i would like to be 130. Trying to eat healthy, and exercise 5 days a week. Glad I found this group. Hopefully with will be a good source of support and motivation.
