I also go to a small cheap gym and my favorites for cardio there are 20 mins of elliptical,20 mins of treadmill (walking at an incline not running) and cycling for 20. I have the same problems with all of my categories! I always go over at least one of them every day. I'm already way over on sugar because I ate a bowl of fruit for breakfast lol. I know I am eating healthy though and I try to focus more on the calories and just use the other categories as a guideline for what's good for…

I like beef and broccoli but chinese is hard because different places cook their foods in different sauces. Generally anything tofu and vegetarian is healthy but once again if they smother it in whatever brown salty sauce then that detracts from the healthy part. I feel your pain. My bf eats whatever he wants (usually fast food) and in huge amounts and complains how he can't gain weight! It's all about the willpower. Just think to yourself every time you want candy "I am going to regret eating this and nothing I eat will taste as good as I will feel when I hit my target weight." I also like blowpops to cover candy cravings cuz they're super sweet and once you're done with the sucker part you get yummy gum!

I have that quote as my signature lol. It's a good reminder that as delicious as that giant slice of cake, brownie, cookie etc. looks it won't compare to feeling great about your health and appearance in the long run.
