I always go back to 30 day shred. There is just something about the program that just works for me.

I did Weight Watchers a few years back and lost my first 20lbs with them. I only did it online. I credit them with really helping me see my portions were way bigger than they should have been.

My go to snack seems to be roasted seaweed, It fills the needs for something salty (and spicy if I get the wasabi flavor).

Have you considered changing the location of your vacation to space? Seems easier than putting in this much work.

My weigh/measure day is Friday. So... Here are my stats - Weight - 222 lb bust - 42 in Waist - 36.5in Hips- 43.75 in I am actually working through the book Hot Point Fitness by Steve Zim, so my goal is to make it through the book. After I do that I am thinking about picking Cycle back up at my local gym.

You actually might be surprised with all the walking you will be doing that everything might balance itself out. Have a great time and make healthy (but don't deprive yourself) choices. Also consider for asking for half orders or sharing your meal, I did that last time and didn't feel like I was missing out.
