i went through the same thing. The guided goals brought me down to 1200 calories eventually, and I felt like I was STARVING myself. I changed the goals through customizing, and brought it up to 1400. My body likes me so much better now!

Day 2...and I'm feeling good! Did a hard workout last night and already lost weight from it!!

Ok, so my final weigh in for September: Starting weight: 207.4 (I think???) Current Weight: 203.0 Total lost = 4.4 lbs...(that is if I had the starting weight correct)

W5D2 daily exercise challenges = DONE; water over W5D3 daily exercise challenges = DONE; water over, under calories W5D4 daily exercise challenges = DONE; water over; under calories W5D5 daily exercise challenges = DONE (a day early) + 400 extra crunches for the week
