I don't think anyone's "wired" to cheat. Some people, men or women, have made cheating into a habit. Overall though its a self control issue I think.

I'm planning on losing around 10# by November 21st so our goals are similar. I plan on working out every day. Working different areas on different days. I'm working out my "problem" areas on multiple days.
