  • I have the opposite problem. I prefer to shut my mouth and not eat , which is not always the case. Or eat very healthy, which is also not so easy, than exercise. Hate excercise

  • I make healthy banana oatmeal muffins once a week and add flax and chia, I also do Greek yogurt with berries and bran flakes or fiber cereal, coconut chia seed pudding with berries, etc. Feel free to ask for any recipes!

  • This is exactly me!!!! I always nurse my kids for 6 months and don't drop a pound until I completely stop...so I know I won't have much luck but trying to make excercise and healthier choices happen anyways !
