Yea but a lot of that stuff is not NEEDED. If you just get P90x it is a one time buy of $120 plus a pull up bar and some bands(Really cheap). So about $150 all together and I would definitely say what you get from it is worth the money. I only use the DVD's and the bands. I haven't started using their supps yet.

It depends on your goals I eat 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fats.
