i was 156lbs a british 14 ,and currently 140lbs and a british size 12 i look good and feel happy at 118lbs which is a british size 8 but im also a very slight build anyway dont look at it as having to lose so much stop when you feel happy :smile:

the ones that have been recomended are not an internet order scam or anything like that they are from a huge health shop chain that if i had a problem could go in and speak to an advisor not have to phone a disconected helpline number, though i dont know it that would speak for reputability
