Us guys have joggers/squat issues too. When I deep squat my joggers ride down & the crack of Dan revealed. Not excellent for anyone stood behind me.

Cardio is the Devil's work for the front 5 (me lock)! But I'm afraid it has be acknowledged in the modern game. Off season I plod at least 5k every other day.
