You can find protein powder any where from 90 - 150 calories, very low sugar and carbs. View my diary you can see the supplements I take, in addition to protein from food. Whey protein is good to take right after working out. Casein protein is good a bedtime.

Yes I have, but cheer up, you are starting again. As they say we fall down, but we get back up again. Besides its not a diet its a lifestyle change, we take one day at a time. Stay strong my friend.
-
I think you should eat some of them back, not all because you really don't know how accurate these machines are with calculating your actual calories burn. I wear the Body Bugg for counting calories, I notice the exercise machines says I burn a lot more calories than my Body Bugg says.

Protein is good for your muscles. I would worry about. I actually increase my protein in the custom goals.

Feel Free to add me as friend!

I have the Body Bugg to count my calories, I found out the machines calories burn was about 180 calories more than what my Body Bugg says. I alway feel the machines over estimate my burn.

Do not skip lunch. Try to pick best healthy meal out of your choices. Walked the stairs at work. Don't be down, the past is over, we can only keep moving forward towards the next steps. Keep the Faith!!

Maybe you can do 10 mins of exercise at time, until you get to the amount you want. Walk a little it more. If you are taking you kid to baseball practice, walk up and down the bleachers while they practice. Just try to stay strong. I have go work out at 5 am a couple times a week to get in my five days of working out. I…

I have a Body Bugg, it counts how many calories I burn, as well as, how many steps I take.
-
I actually use the Body Bugg instead of the HRM to calculate my calories burn. I have a target calorie burn for the day, which is 2350, so I wear it all day, however, I only record in MFP the actual calorie burn I have when working out in the gym.

Thank You, I had the same thought today when my scale registered 3 different weighs for me. Kick the scale and focus on eating healthy and working out. Building those muscles

I think if your really sore you need to give your body a rest, once your not sore hit again.
-
Are you weight training too? Building muscle helps you lose inches and body fat.

When I first signed up for MFP, I did not have any friends on MFP. So I quickly stop logging information and logging on. This time around I decided to make friends. Not only has it kept me motivated, but when I am not feeling motivated I write what on my mind and my MFP friend respond. Feel free to add me.
-
No your not training your muscle too much if you are weight training 3 days a week with rest in between. Are you feed you muscles enough protein?
-
Is your protein set at what MFP suggest, if so it is very low? I changed my protein intake to 40% in the goals.
-
Once a week.

Great Job!!

I'm weight training three times a week and doing cardio five times a week. As of today I am legg pressing 210. Feel free to add me. My goal is get my body fat down to 20% and develop muscles.
-
I eat 6 meals a day. My last meal is usually a protein shake. I'm not sure how many meals you eat a day. Maybe you should open up your diary. I would probably replace one of your snacks with a protein shake.
-
That's Great!!
-
Whey Protein provide your body with amino acids to kick-start your muscle recovery and growth process.
-
I'm sorry for your loss. You can add me for motivation and support. Maybe opening up your diary. I keep mine open to friends so they can let me know if I need to change anything if I have questions.

Normal weigh loss is 1-2 pounds a week. You seem to be losing at a safe rate.
-
Your first week weigh loss is always more because your are also losing water.

Feel free to add me.

I believe your taking in too much sodium. Also I think you should change the way you distribute your food intake to 40% Carb and 40% Protein and 20% fat. You are not taking in enough protein. If your workout, your body needs protein to feed muscles. Muscle helps you burn calories.

I'm a working mom and grand mom. I work out two days in the morning at 5:30 am before I go to work and three days in the evening afterwork. If I miss a day during the week I make it up on Saturdays. I tell myself if I really don't feel like exercising, I can at least to 20 minutes of exercise. I usually end up doing more…
