I drink Casein Protein Shake at bed time every night, because it is a slow digesting protein to feed your muscles at night. It help me in addition to drinking water.

I agree with the others, you may also want to check your body fat %. When I'm losing a lot inches a not pounds I test my body fat to see if it is going down.Which is a good thing, then you are definitely gaining muscles.

You definitely should not be eating less than 1200 Calories a day. They are right any thing less is starving yourself and your body will not lose weight. You need to Eat to Lose.

Maybe you should not be doing weight training everyday, Muscles grows when they are at rest. Also are you getting enough protein for your muscles to growth to get tone?

I'm 5'4" tall, when I changed my daily activity from not active to active. MFP change my calories per to 1490. I also adjust my carbs/protein/fat intake from what MFP suggested to 40% Carbs, 40% Protein, and 20% Fat. Feel free to add me as a friend. I work out with a trainer 2-3 times a week and by myself two days a week. I try to exercise 5 times a week with two days off to give my body a rest.
