  • ^Perfect! That's how I log mine, that or I just use pilates. Some of her videos are focused on doing one exercise for a certain period of time, so you can break it up in that way too.   • Knowing what kind of body frame you have helps indicate what weight group you are in or should be in. Measuring your wrist is a way to figure that out. I have to say my wrist are pretty normal- never have I ever had any damage or anything happened to my wrists so I thought it would be a valid estimate.
