Most days I eat my exercise calories. I have my settings at 1320 and never go under 1200 because that puts your body in starvation mode. I hope that helps! :smile:

MMReed - This is my opinion as I am no expert. If you BMR is 2461, I would start at 2000 a day. If you do not see the loss that you are looking for you can always lower it.
