Haha, ya I just realized how that came out. I meant like, if they didn't have a tolerance to caffeine, a cup of coffee would be really effective

Anything with B6 and B12 should get you focused for your workout. Or if you don't drink caffeine at all, you might even want to try a cup of coffee. Beta alanine can be used as well, but it makes your skin crawl. I kind of like this feeling though
