Wednesdays workout 1025 same workout on Friday, no weigh in and it was 955. I log the same exercise every other day I don't change or look it up just copy the same one

I got diced yesterday as well they sorted me 110 exercise calories. I do the same workout every day

I feel the same way you do but, you know as well as I, It will the last spot to go away :P my pants will hit the ground without a belt and I don't want to buy new ones just to have to get rid of them in a few months but, even with all that I still have the same jelly roll

what do you do for exercise? what is your target heart rate? do you drink 64Oz of water a day? do you eat all your meals? do you let yourself cheat on any days or do you do the right thing all the time? do you ever mix up you workouts? do you do cardio? do you like long walks on the beach?...lol had to do that :P

the last time I weighed myself I weighed 258 the next day 268 and it was plus 10lbs, the next weigh day I lost another 4lbs and weighed in a 254. it comes and goes :) I couldn't tell a differences till I hit 18-20Lbs, the first thing I noticed was my arms felt like all the fat was missing and the skin was loose

hello, welcome and have fun on MFP, theres tons of people to help with anything you need, all you have to do is ask and they will help.

trash it!! 1 bad day is better then 2. when we go out to a Mexican place I alway order it and eat about 1/3 of it but, I order chicken fajitas no cheese, extra hot sauce, corn tortillas and ask them to just bring me 2 so I dont eat any more then that. I eat the rice and bean for a meal the next day for lunch.

today I had pasta, steak, ribs, almonds, trail mix, a Monster, fruit and it was around 1300 calories. it can and has to be done! you can do it!!!
