HRM are guessing as well, it all is. all you can do is find a good medium, my HRM says I burn 1500-1600 in 70m mins on here its 1070 I;ll take the lower and it will make up for all the mis-measurements I make on my food

I can fix them in 2 mins, before you run, walk on your heels with your toes in for for 10 steps then wth them in then in the middle, 10 steps each time. after your run do the same thing. mine stopped that same day

Sam;s Club has good frozen veggie mix, all you have to do is seam them with a little water, they taste great

if you really want to sweat like a fool, take a towel and keep toweling off and dont give your body a chance to cool down and you will sweat like crazy

it happens, you look young enough I bet you can do 10mins walking and 5min intervals, have you every tried that? I started on 1/1/11 with 2mins of running and I now run 30mins

apples for breakfast are great, big salads with your meals help fill you up, light dressing or vinegar taste pretty good. wheat bread if any, any veggie without salt added, always better to add too many calories on you logs then too little.

waaaay too under the 1200 you cant make a fire without wood, up them and add some more protein and see if that helps

that will explain why my junk was smashed when I sat down, I didn't know that about them jeans, I have 3 girls and only knew about the sizes in single digits

I heard a study say that acne is caused by sugar in your diet, some tribe in South America had 0.0 acne and then they came to the conclusion that they ate only fish, meat and green veggies, and once they gave them some of they're food that had sugar their skin started to break out

I set a goal to start hitting the weights, when I hit 220 I will incorporate them in my workout

only time will heal, a rule of thumb for me is 3 days to fix a sore muscle and the older I get it takes a bit longer sometimes
