I do use them thats why Im so mad at myself for buying the bag at the convenient store last week and today, today I just sat there reading it a bit more, I should have known better, too good to be that low...lol

I forgot to add something, I use the Kroger brand vanilla almond milk and it taste even better then the silk I think and it's only $2.50 :)

my new fav is the veggie patty with cheddar cheese on wheat, everything, vinegar on the greens and spicy mustard on the other side. I love it but, wow it has like 900Cals. for a foot long

yep, ditto. the best thing I invested $3.50 in ever, it was a gamble, I didnt know if I would like it and didnt want to buy it a just throw it out....lol they really should sell pints of it for people to try it, their sells would double.

hell the other day I ate 2 Zinggers (300Cals) from a car dealership because they had me trapped there buying a car, so don't feel bad if you do eat them

wait, sweets will only make you more hungry latter. I would bring a apple and keep it at your work place and just switch it out every few days to keep it fresh, just in case of time like today. I just have fruit for breakfast so it makes it easy for me

if you like dark chocolate you will love them, sometimes I will put a little sweet & low or powdered sugar on them yum!

I go to Sam's and buy the giant jar of coco ones and eat them all the time, they seem like you get more of them per OZ. must be drier but, I like to eat them after work or before bed with almond chocolate milk. YUM!!

I do it all the time but, now I eat almonds, apples, hot sauce and chips, a little good cheese or drink some almond milk. I like the coking show but, not the reality/game crap shows. if TV higher ups stopped to think about it reality show have a short self life, like you can only show it one week at most then its obsolete. I do love watching the cooking channel and The Travel channel :)

I lost 18 my first month just by counting my calories on here, no exercise. IDK about the thinking of eating, "lets say 2000 calories" eating 200 here and 200 there, at the end of the day your still eating 2000 right? seem like a very busy day to me. good luck though I hope you succeed with you 20# loss
